The Africana Studies department hosted a meet and greet in Williams Hall to reconnect after the summer. Students who did summer research in Ghana presented posters about their work and experiences. Professor Essien encouraged the students to share their future research plans with current students who may be interested in applying for the 2017 summer Ghana programs.
